Some of you might remember that I set up a wireless network last weekend. I got a lot of good advice re: security. Thanks to all.
Here's my current problem: I can't access any secure (https) pages! I get a "page cannot be displayed" error.
Suggestions?

Yeah, try this:
In Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced - make sure that Use SSL 2.0, Use SSL 3.0, and Use TLS 1.0 are all checked yes.
That should do it.

I thought that would do it too....but it didn't!

Did you install or change the settings on anti-virus software lately? Your security settings may be too high.

Well, I fixed it...but I really didn't do anything...
I went into Norton Internet Security, reviewed the settings, toggled from *allow https connections* to *disallow https connections* and back again, and presto! Problem fixed. Go figure.

Not surprising. My recent problem was about the same. My new McAfee suite inexplicably changed the settings I mentioned above.
