A guy is telling a story about shooting with a friend and cleaning guns afterwards an a guy asks "why do you need that?". I think this takes place in Northern Cal. His friend goes out to his car and gets his breifcase where he has some paperwork. Talking about "natural rights" vs "granted rights". My sister called my tonight on a bet about the 2nd.
