As someone who thought Ferguson, Trayvon and Freddy Gray were BS, I watched the video on this and going to call it as at least a valid manslaughter charge. Not sure what MN laws are, but it could be murder 1 if he made comments to his colleagues during the killing or possible murder 2. Don't care what complaints he had in the past because good police officers get those all the time in urban areas. They should have charged him right away and avoided this whole shit show. Assclown liberal mayor and prosecutor who IMO decided that letting the city burn during an election year to gain political favor was better than serving impartial justice in a very high profile public case. No excuse for looting and arson, but the impoverished by generational government dependence sheeple really had nothing to lose by torching their own neighborhoods. Now they will only be more dependent on government for food and housing which is just how socialists like them to be.

Also, the riots would have happened even if all the cops were arrested at the scene 30 seconds after the dead guy got hauled away. |

Or, for DV suspects to woo back the little lady and convince her he really loves her and not to testify against him, etc. ON complicated cases, like a murder trial, it may benefit the defendant to assert their rights and ask for a speedy trial. |
