7.) Posting topics or discussions with the desire to do the site or community harm. More specifically creating topics meant to disrupt the site's day to day management, disrupt member's resources, or disrupt the ability for the site to function normally.

Hmmmmm.... this is kind of a catch all.

Kind of like the "Disorderly Conduct" charge I use quite often.

When I saw the thread starter's handle, I assumed it would be a complaint about subparagraph (g): "Keep your damned finger outta the cat's ass."

OH NO, Contempt of Cop IS a crime.

j/k  I really don't do that.  However if we are in public and the guy just won't calm down and is being disruptive, well that is the definition of Disorderly.  It is amazing how often people won't be civil.  Really.  Many of the people that go to jail really didn't have to.  It is almost like they want to.

Why is it always Rule Number Seven???

Even after they were rewritten?

I actually like the new rewrite, much less room for 'interpretation error'.

With all the offenses known by acronyms (DUI, DLSR, DI, et c.), locally the answer to the question "What'd you arrest him for?" is sometimes (among people who'd know it's a joke) "POP," pronounced pee oh pee, and meaning "Pissed Off the Police."
