What is the aftermath of this going to be?
Obviously some people will go totally bankrupt, and GME and other squeeze plays will crash and burn back to their actual value. There's going to be a lot of casual investors with a lot of liquid now. |

Does Vanguard offer premarket trading? Their extended hours option just says 4-5:50pm. It let me put in a regular order, but it didn't execute. I'm wondering if it won't until 9:30.

Aside from the autistic raid on wallstreet.
What else are you guys playing this week? I mentioned yesterday about WWR, a mining company I bought into that jumped, I'm going to hold that one. Still holding TANH, and I think I'm going to move money into DNN, another uranium mining company. I really think anything related to batteries, nuclear and EV is going to stay steady through this administration. |

Bought 100 shares of AMC yesterday at $5.

I picked up another 3500 AMC 20 minutes ago, for the cause, and they're already up 40%. Calls should rocket once the markets open. Now just to time in and outs right. Have made it in and out of GME a couple of times but it's just continuing to climb. Should have just put it on cruise control.

I would say if the idea is to look for tickers that might replicate the GME situation, this could be one candidate. I haven't followed it at all but plan to get in if it pulls back to a reasonable price. GME had a perfect storm of events though - don't forget Ryan Cohen getting 13% of the shares, replacing board members, new game console cycle, MicroSoft profit sharing deal, etc. All of that played into the GME situation perfectly and I haven't seen any of that with AMC, although I know absolutely nothing about it, just willing to take a small flyer on it based on short interest |
