Actually, it was decided that that picture depicts something other that the serious dangerous situation it looks like. The forklift is front wheel drive, rear wheel steer. The load was too heavy for it, and tipped it over, lifting the steering wheels off the ground. The operator then backed into the concrete. I thihnk it it fell off forwards, it would do some serious visible bending of metal. Such bending is not evident to me. |
