I was caught between the dock and the trailer because some dumb fuck stupid ass truck driver got in a hurry. I can assure y'all it is scary.

Judging from the pic, it looks like the driver was unsafe. I will also say the driver was injured badly.

Actually, it was decided that that picture depicts something other that the serious dangerous situation it looks like.
The forklift is front wheel drive, rear wheel steer. The load was too heavy for it, and tipped it over, lifting the steering wheels off the ground. The operator then backed into the concrete.
I thihnk it it fell off forwards, it would do some serious visible bending of metal. Such bending is not evident to me.

Good call. If you look next to the bomb you'll see what looks like the scrape marks from the forks as the forklift was backed up to the ramp.
