Looks like body armor. Hmmm.

I took a city dweller to the hospital who drove his rice rocket at 80 mph into the back of a cardoing 50 mph. He was wearing full tricked out moto cross gear. His helmet had a big fin on it and the gear was lit with LEDs and had a battery pack. It looked like Road Warrior moto gear but a lot more colorful.
