im from ga.
and frankly the closeness of this race was nerve wracking. how someone, who has a chip on her shoulder about white folks (expressed amongst her inner poltical group) who is so far to the left, could come so close to winning in a red state like ga i dont understand. and you can say the dems cheated (i honestly dont know, i assume they scraped a few here and there) but she got a shit ton of honest votes. i can understand black folks voting for here in a big way. and i can understand the rabid left voting for her in a big way. but to get the number of votes she got, a lot of folks from the white population i simply dont understand. dont get me wrong, im not making this a white vs black thing. i dont give a rats ass about person's color, unless that person has a grudge against me due to my race, and from what i heard she does. so her election would not have been a good thing for me and a lot of other folks. i dont wanna put black folks in the back of the bus, and i dont want black folks to put me in the back of the bus either. |
