Totally don't care.
Dirtbag democrat press lackeys make excellent pivot points for President Trump. The media is so obsessed with auto-fellating themselves that they can't report anything anyway. Let them piss and moan about how THEY are the actual story while President Trump does shit. |

Give him his little pass back but just ignore him at press conferences. He's a troll.

Does this mean that they also cannot deny issuance of a press pass without due process? So anyone can get one? View Quote Just show up, call yourself a reporter and get a day pass. Fill out a bunch of other paperwork to get a hard pass. Because this touches on the Sherrill case in which someone was denied a pass and when they asked what was the reason, the reason given by the government was was "We don't have to tell you" Figured that part would set GD on fire. |

Stop all pressers until Acosta due process is over. When he's kicked out again - restart

Yet a judge has the power to flat out declare Acosta in contempt, without due process, for such behavior if it happened in his court.
Stupid judge. Kinda a rules for thee but not for me situation. Trump needs to post rules for the press pool. Instant anyone breaks one they are ejected for the day. Happens more than once their permission to be there is reviewed. |
|
No, not how that works. I don't give a fuck what a Communist judge says.
Press passes are a granted privilege, not a right, therefore a just has no say in "due process". |

Being that he's a security threat for assaulting a female, SS can decide when and if he comes back.
Fuck these judges, nothing but political activists for the left. |
|
Well....
Your right is to due process under law. So unless there's a law establishing how to get and lose a White House press pass, there is no due process for him to have a right to. On the other hand... Eric Holder claimed that he and Obama sitting in a secure room reviewing classified documents and deciding who gets droned and who doesn't satisfied due process because there was some sort of albeit secret process they were following. May be a good time to throw that one back in the liberals' faces. Using the Obama/Holder Doctrine, Trump may decide on his own, using a secret process, who gets their press pass revoked. |

Don't worry, Trump has many more options than CNN.
This is theater. Politics is a team sport now. No one that doesn't already like/love your team will change side....so few it will be immaterial. Now, as we saw in the election, getting 100% of your team motivated is key. Almost all the theater at the end of the election was to stir up the laziest, least motivated voters...(that was who Ocasio-Cortez got motivated to vote for her)...maybe dead voters too..we know it happens. The caravan was theater. We're two tribes |

Yup. So Acosta can sit there quietly or act out and keep getting thrown out by the guards. The judge painted himself into a corner. View Quote One that can be passed to other media personnel. If one of them should be a plant and turn to give Acosta the mic, turn off the receiver for the mic so Acosta's mic is dead. He can hold onto it like a toddler with a toy. Pass the mic again starting on the other side of the room from Acosta. There are ways to send a message that even a retard will understand. |

This is truly breathtaking. Not one single person has any right at all to enter the White House. How in the world is the argument "violating his free speech rights" even something valid? This is absolutely disgusting.

This is absolutely nuts.
If I were Trump I would stop all press conferences in the white house. This is the judicial branch run amok. Pat |

So they get to write a new policy that states a "No douchebag" rule.
Make sure the new policy mentions past behavior as part of the criteria, then pull his pass again. |

If your driver's license can be revoked by the state for reckless driving, as driving on government roads is a privilege....
Reckless driving equating to bad behavior in this case.... How can revoking a single reporter's press pass (a granted privilege) be in contravention to common practices? |

I agree with the judge. All Government action towards an individual or company should require fair and clear due process. It doesn’t matter whether subject is a building permit, press pass or a felony criminal charge.

How is this a matter of his life, liberty, or property?
They will probably claim it's his liberty, under the 1st amendment, but I see no one stopping him from speaking out, or reporting whatever he likes. Freedoms of speech and the press don't give you a right to a White House press pass. And, again I'll say it...the big media companies and "recognized" press like people to believe that they alone are "the press" in the context of the first amendment. They're not. Bloggers and small independents are far more in line with the small, individual presses and self-published political agitators and political commentators of the revolutionary era. |
|
Fuck the judge. Press pass is a privilege, not a right. Fuck him to hell.
|

So by this logic it’s our right to be there as well?
Bet we can’t get past the front gate ..... |
