John Lewis' district in Atlanta is, and has been for decades, the worst part of the city by far yet he keeps getting re-elected. Keep the voters stupid and unemployable seems to be their mantra.

Many DUMBocrats rent an office and 'register' to vote there, Waters lives quite a few miles from her district. Fortney 'Pete' Stark had a house in Maryland in a gated community while representing the Southern East Bay. Flew in a couple times a years for 'town hall meetings'. He dropped those from 3-4 a year to once a year after I started attending

. He fucking hated me because I turned his townhalls into a shit show. People would attend just to watch me go after him.

Stark's wife and kids were full time Maryland residents, kids were enrolled in school in Maryland.
