So, I was in my yard, cleaning up leaves and what not, when the USPS female driver just zoomed by my mail box, with the flag CLEARLY up. This isn't the first time this has happened with her. I yelled out to her to catch her but I think she just ignored me. I never had any run ins with her, not sure what the deal is. I am also expecting mail today. This is total bullshit.

Where do I go to file a complaint or speak to someone?

Today is a holiday, and they are not required to take outgoing mail unless they stop to deliver mail.

I called the local post office to file a complaint for mail being tampered with, (opened) every few days.

The lady who answered stated "I'll mark the items I see have been opened when I get them........."

"Oh, I'm your delivery driver...."

Got a few initialed pieces over the next week or two and it stopped altogether.

You should be able to get a complaint form online. Simply fill it out and mail it to your local post office.

But, if you want to complain, call the local postmaster. They will tell you that limited staff is making amazon deliveries only, but otherwise it's a postal holiday.

If you ever saw how the USPS worked from the inside, you'd be amazed that you ever have anything delivered or picked up. (Not a poke at USPS employees, but the system itself).

But yea I am with you .. my new ( about 2 yrs ago ) USPS driver chick is a fucking idiot. At least once a month I have someone elses mail in my mail slot dealio placed in our cul-de-sac. I have complained to the head honcho at the local post office. he most likely is the fool who hired her / trained her

It's a holiday. She was probably out delivering express mail and Amazon.

You know what you could do? You could take your outgoing mail to one of those big blue mailboxes instead of relying on others to do things for you.

I complained once. They even responded. I was told drivers were not required to pick up mail from private boxes. They only do it as a courtesy. Had a few bill end up being late because of it. Yes long before interwebs

It's Veteran's Day. NO MAIL. What you saw was a part-time carrier delivering Express Mail or Amazon packages.

USPS should file a complaint on your stupidity. Leave an apology note in your mailbox on Monday.

It is Veteran's Day. The Post Office is officially closed. Because assholes cry if they can't get their Amazon shit on Holidays and Sundays the Post Office makes those deliveries using part timers. The real mail carriers are home cleaning their weapons and enjoy the day off and paying tribute to all our Veterans.

You were in your yard? Why are you not at work? There might someone sitting at the drive-thru needing fries and you are home in your safe space.
