Listening to Lebron's press conference live right now, all he's been talking about for the past 20 minutes is how ignorant and uneducated people who voted for "that guy" are (he says he can't even say his name). He says he doesn't want to call the people of Ohio bad for voting for him, just "uneducated and wrong". He also alluded to protests "trickling down" to the NBA this year, and now he's talking about what a "hero" Colin Kaepernick is and stated if he owned an NFL team he'd sign him right now. Damn shame, Cavs looked like they may have a shot at beating GSW this year.

I may have to give up my college football over this, as I'm sure it will infect their ranks before long, but Tennessee is sucking ass anyways.

How many players "strikes" have they had? This goes for all "professional" sports.

I never expected them to be conservative or agree with us, but I also never expected sports to turn into a political purse swinging contest rather than being about, you know, the sport. Eh, I'm not a huge basketball fan, but I've followed the Cavs since I was in middle school, just how my house was. Always watching games. I'm just a little salty Bron had to go shit the fans and on a season that might end up in a championship for the city.

It's funny that you say that, I know at least a couple of folks who are "picking" a team to watch NHL. I haven't followed hockey since the mid 90's, I was actually a fan of the red menace they had going in Detroit around 94-96, but never a really hardcore fan. Maybe I'll get back into the Wings, since they're kind of close to where I am in NW Ohio. Never been a Jackets fan.
