Just a hunch. He’s a Sudanese Christian, so religious motivation is unlikely, though not impossible. He’s mid 20s, the one death seems pretty personal the rest were just injuries through indiscriminate shooting. I just don’t get a terrorism/racial/sectarian vibe off this.

I’ve been wrong before though.

For sure it is guesswork. That plus it's coming out he was a member of that church the last few years.

He was a pretty serious Christian at least publicly on social media. Like seriously go read his Facebook. Lots of excitement going to church, being saved by God, etc. "Rise and shine, heading to church today!" Stuff like that.

He had posts that stood out that were particularly against rapists and guys that collect child porn.

He kind of joked about how spoiled people are today and that his dad would kick him in the mouth with boots anytime he said something dumb.

Something happened late, as in this year, that caused the spiral. Not sure what, but being told he can't date a white girl cause he's black could have been it. That plus being crazy/acclimation from crazy 3rd world country. It's all guesswork though.

His last name was Samson. Biblically, Samson was the strongest man alive.

This killer was a big body builder.

Bible Samson's weakness was a girl.

In the Bible, Samson brought down the house at the end killing everyone including himself.

If he hadn't been physically confronted, and then confronted with a firearm ... what would he have done? He was wearing a ski mask. He was already in the process of executing his victims. Given his size, it's a miracle he was stopped as quickly as he was. Trying to tackle someone like that between reloads, well, that's definitely odds against. Maybe the guy just had one magazine. Maybe not.
