Well, when you publicly vilify your father in the media, you shouldn't expect a whole lot.

My father and mother abandoned us, so I know what hating a parent is like. I also wouldn't want a damned thing from either one. My father died indigent, anyway. My mother? Haven't a clue, and don't want one.

Thank God for my grandparents.

Making Lewis out to be an asshole in public, then expecting a share in the wealth, is hypocrisy of the highest order. Fuck 'em.

He was an ass. He spoke to us on a couple of occasions (he had one of our medical devices). One of his sons was his sound man, and he spoke to him like he was a dog...his adult son.

I’ll never forget when he fucked over Glenn Lucky because he was slow on his specially designed bicycle.

I’ve met Jerry in Tahoe a couple of times. He was also a dick to other people’s kids. So, his kids are correct and probably don’t want his money.

Okay, so what. It's his money and he gets to decide.

I've told my father for years that the money he has saved is his. I neither want nor expect to receive any part of it. I am quite capable of taking care of myself and that includes saving for my own retirement.

His father, my grandfather, died at 99. Survived the Great Depression, a Naval Career that stretched from WW2 to Vietnam and had a fantastic life.

My dad is 83 and not going anywhere anytime soon.
