Anybody else updated yet? I did my iPhone 7 Plus already. No issues or hiccups.
PSA: Be sure to have a backup of your device and have sufficient charge when you start the update. Also, every year some day 1 updaters encounter issues on devices. |

Doing my iPad now, will do my phone when I get home.
iPad and 7+ are done. No problems so far. New keyboard is kinda neat. Still have to do the watch, this is the one that I was most excited about. |

These threads are usually very helpful. We can help others if they run into issues and there's usually a slew "where did this button go", "how do I find this" after a major iOS update.
I already see a few weird quirks on my iPhone but will wait until a few others have checked in. |

I've been running the beta for a while, this full version is pretty good.....
that said, I have a 6+, and I can tell it is a tiny bit slower..... if speed is important, you may want to think about it or try someone else phone before you upgrade. Good luck! |

No problems so far on iPhone 7. I think the changes will be more significant on my iPad. The new Control Center is good.

Have a new 8+ arriving on Friday, I'll probably just start with iOS 11 then.

For those wondering:
"Auto Brightness" is no longer in the "Display & Display" setting page. You have to go "General --> Accessibility --> Display Accommodations" |

Now up and running on iPhone 7 Plus and iPad Pro 10.5. The install process was noticeably faster than for past major iOS releases.

I like that you can remove camera access from the lock screen.

You could do that before. View Quote ETA: Yeah, I just checked. You could turn on and off access to the control center entirely, but you couldn't turn off access to individual components (like the camera) from the lock screen. |

I'm 99% sure you couldn't. Trust me, I looked into it after an incident. ETA: Yeah, I just checked. Updated shortly after release, went very smoothly, and quick.

Thanks for posting.
I didn't know it was out yet. I'm going to do an encrypted back up to my computer first so I don't lose any passwords. With touch ID I don't remember 90% of my passwords. |

Exactly. Every time I've tried to update from a Windows computer running itunes, I've had to go to the Apple store to unbrick my phone. OTA only. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes |
