A guy back in 1988, in a place I worked, could not remember my name. He decided to call me Lug. And it spread like wildfire. Everybody in the place started calling me Lug.

Somebody asked him once, why do you call him Lug? He answered, I can't remember his name and he is just a big old Lug.

Lug was the only nickname anybody ever gave me.

**ETA I have tried a few times with email and such to be Lug, it is always taken, Lug1 is never taken.

xanadu was the name of the first computer my brother and I built back in 198 when we both lived in Silicon Valley - He was working for Zilog and I was stationed at NAS Moffett. Based on a Zilog Z80 chip if I recall.

When I was a kid there was an old gaming console in the video rental store called 3D0. The game that was loaded in it for people to play as a demo was called burncycle. I have used it in games and one some point it got shortened to burnsy on team speak.
