Hello all.
I'm not a stranger to the gym by any means. Ive been lifting since I was about 14 and have with a few exceptions my whole life since (I'm 34).
Its always been a hobby for me but not something that I've pursued seriously. I got into power lifting for a year or so and got freaking huge, but not really in the nest shape. I could deadlift and bench right at 400 and squat just shy of 500 but I had a lot of extra weight on my bones.

Now I find myself at a point where schedule, family, and finances align to allow me to start looking at bodybuilding.
The diet, the training, the whole 9 yards.

Now, while strength is important, I find that I primarily want to look good.
I'm currently on a 5 day split arms, chest, back, shoulders, legs. 5'9-230lbs-chest 46'' waist 36''.

When I search online bodybuilding.com is about the only thing that pops up, but I'm not sure if its really a legit site. I suppose that Im looking for a beginners guide to routines and dieting, if anyone here can point me in the right direction Id appreciate it.
