Be moving into my new place soon. There isn't much storage a side from the garage and the furnace room. In the furnace room we have the furnace, AC unit, washer, and dryer. All gas. Will the safe be OK in there? New England so we go through the motions with the weather.

With the washer/dryer and AC unit in there, you need to monitor the humidity levels.
