Wife downloaded a movie from iTunes. Shows on storage but nowhere else. How do I delete it? Says has 27 days left and she needs the space for another movie for flight back.

Thanks. No video app. can't find it anywhere.

My FIL managed to turn on his parental controls and removed the App Store and video app. See if parental control is turned on.

The app is called "TV" now.

Open it, find the movie, touch for a second or so, a trash can option pops up.

A downloaded movie and shooting a video from the camera are two different things.

Try:

Settings / General / Storage / Manage Storage

See if it's hiding in there.

Doesn't show it in iTunes now.

She watched it on the way out.

Available memory says it's there. List does not show it. Searching for it now.

TV app only has cloud stuff from our home computer that can be downloaded under library.

Found movie in iTunes. Will only allow to play it. Tried that and now says content not authorized. She did watch it but says she has 24 days to watch it.

Seriously. WTF????

Parental controls off.
