Have you ever interviewed with any chief execs of a company?

| At my last few jobs. It usually starts with either HR or the recruiter. Whomever found your resume and did the phone screen. Then the hiring manager comes in for a while. Then if things go well the C levels usually come in to make sure you're going to represent the company well. They usually have some corporate culture thing they want to talk to you about. I never gave it much thought since at that point they're just another Joe Schmoe to me. |
