I prefer the Don Carlos lancero (good luck finding any unless you are in Vegas), or the regular Opus X petite lancero. Aged of course. http://www.tampasweethearts.com/index.aspx |

Quoted:
La Flor Dominicana Double Ligero D-700s, or the Diggers in either maduro, or natural wrappers and/or the CAO FlatHead 770, all about $9-$11. Full bodied and bigger, so your cash goes farther. Not for the novices amongst us. Chris The Diggers are the best thing going in the ~$10 stick space. Better than any 2 $5 cigars you can buy, IMO. |

I've been smoking everyday for about 23 years, so I've gravitated to stronger and bigger smokes for financial and personal preference reasons. I've probably smoked about 2000 of the La Flor DLs over the years, including their 'chisels', so I enjoy that blend, but the FlatHead 770s are my newest 'go-to' smokes.
Great cigars, IME, but they're not for the timid. Chris |

Super duper Opus x? I can't imagine what the market demands.
I've had a few regular opus x. Meh. Good, but nowhere deserving of the hype. My go to domestic, la Gloria Cubana torpedo, is more enjoyable to me. My absolute favorite? Montechristo #2. Best cigar on earth, especially if you aren't paying for them. |
