Window. Lean over on the bulkhead and go to sleep.

On the aisle, I keep getting banged with the carts, and I've got people climbing over me to go to the bathroom.

Plus, I enjoy looking out the window.

Short flights window for napping.

Long flights isle. I drink a lot while traveling, don't like having to climb over people.

If we can't fly up front, my wife and I both get aisle seats across from each other. I'd rather get up for people than make them get up for me.

By myself, Aisle. As close to the front of the plane as possible.

With kids, usually in the middle.

Window with direct isle access up front. I think ANA does this best. United Polaris is ok but cramped.

Aisle for sure. I'm 6'3" tall and wide shouldered, I would go absolutely nuts stuffed into a window seat. That said I always seem to end up beside some ahole that wants to act like the window nazi. If the pilot says "hey folks look out the window on the right and you'll see the Grand Canyon" the freaking person lifts the window 1/2 " so that only they can see out and then Immediately closes it back.

For those special snowflakes, I do not get up when they need out. Just turn my legs enough to make it seem like I'm trying and make them climb.

When in coach I sit in the aisle seat. I'm claustrophobic and being crammed into the window seat with a 350 pounder between me and egress simply does not work.

When in business or better class, I don't care.

Usually aisle for me, easier to get in and out. I hate to be trapped in a window seat while the aisle occupant tries to get their baggage together to depart.

I go for the window whenever I can. The aisle is my second choice, just not my favorite as I hate getting battered about by the drink cart.
