Well... I guess that is one way to do it.
I quit my last job after my boss welched on the raise/promotion 3 weeks after he promised it. Luckily, the other offer was still on the table at the new gig. Rule #1: In jobs and in relationships, there was a pretty fucking good reason you left in the first place.. going back to you "EX" is just asking for trouble. I usually just quit going in when i quit a job.Â
I gave 2 weeks notice twice,  first place just said ok we don't need you for the next 2 weeks. 2nd place fucked with me till I just walked out after 4 days. I've been laid off several times,  never got notice for that shit. |
