I like when people get a break from a cop (he writes her for the lesser penalty violation, and tells her that), and instead of being grateful and practicing "STFU," they decide to go full retard instead.

Refusal to sign a ticket seems like a dumb reason to arrest, if you can identify driver. They even changed the law in Florida a number of years ago to prevent this. However, going fucking berserk when you will end up going to jail for probably less than an hour and having a small fine levied is bizarre.
ETA after watching more it sounded like it included a notice to appear which would generally require signature. Watched even more of her exorcism and it is pure crazy lol. |

I've said this about a different subject but it bears repeating again for this one. It's a training issue. Her attitude at the beginning has worked for her most of the time in getting what she wanted. When that didn't work she tried to pawn off responsibility to her husband/father figure. "Repeat what you said to him." When that didn't work, she regresses to a meltdown, like a child. That probably worked the rest of the time. What she's done in every other circumstance fails her utterly when having to deal with a legal authority. Quoted:

This was ALL mentioned during the cop's legal obligation to tape, but is intentionally "silent" in the entire beginning conversation of this video. She also said she did not usually drive this car and did not have a copy of her insurance card in the car. So she called her "husband" to help her. ) THIS WOMAN NEVER had a problem signing he last 2 tickets because she was NOT threatened continuously with 30 DAYS IN JAIL !!! To understand the full extent and authentic causes of this driver's hysteria, you need to watch both videos. WHO MADE THIS COP THE JUDGE and where's the DUE PROCESS ? How many Civil Rights and law violations can you count ? Did you know there are ONLY 10 Lawful reasons to ARREST someone in Columbus, Ohio, and this video content is NOT one of them (yes, the victim knew these arrest laws ). Have you ever considered exactly how many different ways and methods unreasonable, unlawful and negligent conduct of Police Officers destroy lives, families, careers and the souls of people without using a gun to kill them? MAKE SPECIAL OBSERVATION TO: ALL AUDIO conversation up to time the officer brings THIS woman a speeding ticket, there is deliberately NO recording on dash cam to support or authenticate her defenses in court ; ALL police inquiry on her were valid and lawful ; SEVERAL REPEATED THREATS OF 30 DAYS IN JAIL; NO Miranda Rights ; Officer reaching into vehicle to drag woman out of her car to arrest her and treating her like a dog ; she was very polite ; called him "Sir" ; asked him "Kindly" ; asked him "Please" ; told him "I don't understand" ; asked him to repeat things ; never raised her voice ; explained she was previous victim of police destruction/violence of her life ; he took her cell phone out of car and later put it back ; her son forced to walk home from school up to police scene of his mother's arrest ; her phone constantly ringing because her other kids need picked up after school, etc.. The validity of this woman's terrified/horrified responses are because of all of that abovementioned information ! NO less. |

I think she probably freaked and wanted to make sure signing the ticket didn't mean she was going to jail or something and she isn't competent/confident enough to make the decision herself so she needed the husband to verify. |
