So my place was built in 1951. The electrical service is about maxed out and doesnt have 1 main breaker. It's 200a but I want to add another HVAC unit and clean up this mess that looks like some serious novices have been elbows deep in it. What sort of cost am I looking at to upgrade from the meter thru the panel? Attached File

Yep.  I was going to say $1,500 - $2,000 depending on how far you wanted to take things.

Hopefully things are sized correctly or it could get more expensive.

Depending how much work is required outside, would be $1200-$1800 in my neck of the woods.
