Looking at the tail (abrupt taper) would lead me to suspect poisonous.
Head and markings don't say so.
Does it show fangs, strike?

Looks like a Water Snake, aka asshole. 

Hard to tell from the head profile though.

ETA: they'll strike, bite, act pretty aggressive. If it's a water snake, non-poisonous.
