They advertise it as a free means of making calls, accessing the internet and sending texts.

Sounds kind of dicey to me. Anyone have any experience with it?

Total scam.

No way to quit or switch to "free" tier without calling number that never answers.

First time I even had to get a credit card charge reversed.

Been on it for years on the data side, have like three hotspots from them, no issues once you learn how to play their game.

No clue on the voice side, but I'm betting it's similar. They use Sprint for the data, if that helps.
