Was thinking about one today.

Are they worth it?

Ya know, I have a couple 10-22s in the back of the safe.
I have a feeling the Gatling mount would be fun, but end up in the back of the safe too.  At least ammo is out there now.

i have one, the wife put it together for me for a Christmas gift a few years back.  (yeah, I know, i'm lucky that way)

I've honestly never shot it.  22LR was so damn hard to get for the last couple years  and I was lazy and then, horror of horrors she made me get a job so there went my free time.

but it's a hell of a conversation piece just sitting out in the living room.

That didn't look like it functioned very well. Oil?

A friend of mine got one because he thought it would be fun.

He couldn't wait to get rid of it.

I have wanted one for a while, but to be completely honest i dont know how much i would actually use it but i think it would be cool.  I was planning on making one myself, would be fairly easy but would not look anything like the one in the video and could be cheaper

Maybe cool if you replace the handle with a 20 volt hammer drill.

I thought it might be fun, but not the design in the video above.

More like something with 4 barrels, 90 degrees apart.

Fitted with GSG 110 round drums. Each.

Never thought about how I'd engineer it, but it would have to be a lot smoother than that video.

I've thought this would be a great project for a couple Anderson lowers.

From the vids I have seen, it seems like you can do faster mag dumps with your trigger finger

Did he say what he didn't like about it?

I have had two 10-22 models and one made from M1 carbines. They are incredibly difficult to tune. I would suggest finding something else to try...
