And It’s Getting Worse
A record 16 out of 100 Navy women are reassigned from ships to shore duty due to pregnancy, according to data obtained under the Freedom of Information Act by The Daily Caller News Foundation’s Investigative Group. That number is up 2 percent from 2015, representing hundreds more who have to cut their deployments short, taxing both their unit’s manpower, military budgets and combat readiness.  Further, such increases cast a shadow over the lofty gender integration goals set by former President Barack Obama. Overall, women unexpectedly leave their stations on Navy ships as much as 50% more frequently to return to land duty, according to documents obtained from the Navy. Either discipline both parties or stop allowing them on. I'm tired of the military being a social experiment.
Also, is there precedent for renaming ships? The Obama administration named boats after degenerate sjw types. Rip that shit off of our vessels and replace it with moh recipients. |

A man has sex, he stays on the ship. who cares what they are doing provided they can perform their assigned duties. besides, paternity tests on 80 men for each pregnancy would be expensive as fuck, not to mention embarassing for the chief's mess. |

What about the renaming of ships? That pos from my home state mabus went right along with it |

Hahahaha
Fuck em. Fuck em all. Yea, lets put women on ships, it's a great idea!!! Equals and everything right? A woman can do everything a man can do, it's the truth because I said so. Because it's working out so well on ships, lets put them in infantry and SOF units too! |

Take a bunch of healthy young folks of mixed sexes and coup them up in various sized tin cans for months at a time away from friends and family. Guess what is going to happen?
Didn't really take a crystal ball to see that . From a young persons short sighted point of view the woman who gets knocked up might appear to be getting a better deal than the ones that don't get knocked up . Wouldn't surprise me if some of the baby bumps are on purpose |

We didn't have that problem when women weren't allowed in the service.
If I had my way, women wouldn't be in uniform. There is no good reason to put women in harm's way, especially during their most reproductive years. Call me a misogynist or a chauvinist or a if you like, but you don't put the future of your civilization in positions to be killed wholesale. |

Never happened before.
The women will time their pregnancies to the deployment stage of a ship's rotation. They participate in the training and maintenance periods in home port but get pregnant months before the workups and deployment. I would have been keel haul if caught but I never put a breeding age female in a critical slot and would always be preparing for her eventual loss due to pregnancy and months off following delivery. Like a baseball team, a Naval workcenter needs all it's players on game day. You just can't be successful without a second baseman or a center fielder. The Navy puts our fleet at risk putting females aboard ships for political reasons. When the SHTF I want everybody on board able to carry a 200 pound body out of a compartment. |

Women always turn up pregnant when deployment orders arrive. That's just the way it is.....CO fills the slot with another Soldier, preferably a man. That's bullshit though. When a team trains together and Private Vagina decides that she doesn't want to go to Iraq so drops a kid it should be court marshal offense. |

All kids, regardless of sex should do 3 years service in the military to earn their rights. Period. Quoted:

I spent my time in shore billets. Lots of women. The E4 and below seemed to get pregnant just about the time they were to rotate to overseas. Either that or would get off of the rotating shift. Most would just get out. The senior E5 and above seemed to have it together. Had a couple get pregnant but they performed right up to their due date. Even had to order a few home when they went into labor. Since my job was primarily shore based we were able to work around things a bit easier. Would still impact from time to time. On board ship though...... not good. |

That's just it. They aren't performing their assigned duties. That's why they are returned to shore. It is a problem that can not be solved as long as the political climate is PC and not readiness. |

No. That's not the way it happens. Never once ever. The men left aboard just have to do the work of the pregnant female. EMCM (SW/AW) Paul, USN (ret) Quoted:

EMCM (SW/AW) Paul, USN (ret) Uh. yep that is the way it is....when you are scheduled for deployment and you have a set number of teams , all slots need to be filled. There is no double duty......you pull from active duty or reserve volunteers. |
 No more Marines on ship!!
