What a bunch of heathens.
Have you ever heard of boneless beef short ribs? Salt & pepper, lightly floured, browned and then braised with finely chopped onion. Gravy will be the pan liquid thickened with corn starch slurry. Mashed potatoes and caramelized brussel sprouts with balsamic vinegar That will be our dinner
