| I'm not going to assault your choice of cooking methods - different strokes for different folks - but it should have some char.... And I really hate to launch a shit storm, but I've been here for a long time, and there are still two schools of thought on dinner pics. With measuring device or not? I'm curious why you have chosen to not have one in your otherwise, meh, 7 of 10 dinner pic (char and grill marks would have gotten you a 9). ETA, some lightly steamed vegetables with a creamy lemon based sauce would have gotten you past the no grill marks penalty) |
