The Puranas, an ancient Hindu text makes mention of a device fashioned from a Ram's horn that is said to make one's enemies loose all function and control. For years scholars thought that this meant that the victims would go berserk and attack and kill each other on the battlefield. However, recent retranslations and newly discovered manuscripts actually makes reference that when one's enemies loose control they gain great shame and embarrassment. That could mean a loss of bodily control.
In laters year we know from the bible that in the book of Joshua the Israelites were able to bring down the walls of Jericho using devices fashioned from Rams' horns. What isn't mentioned in the book of Joshua but is mentioned in the book of Enoch is that the men who were manning the walls of Jericho to defend the city from attack were said to have lost control when the Israelites blew the horns. Perhaps there is something involved with ram's horn that elicits this kind of reaction. |

I know a couple of Korean Vets and they said when the B52's (not the bitch band) were laying carpet close to their AO. Some guys would shit themselves. They said a few guys said the brown note was the cause for the release. Others said they were shit scared. |

I've heard that being exposed to a 15hz vibration will cause one to lose control. Supposedly there was a guy who found that out by volunteering to sit in the cockpit of an F-15 simulator while the motion system was run through a test sequence. When the cockpit was being moved up and down 1 inch at 15hz he lost it right then and there.
Time for a new seat cushion for the simulator and new underwear and pants for the "test pilot". |

Physically moving up and down at a frequency of 15Hz is not the same as listening to a tone with a frequency of 15Hz. |

Physically moving up and down at a frequency of 15Hz is not the same as listening to a tone with a frequency of 15Hz. That's going to be a max of around 11 G, reversing 30 times per second. Killer's right, that is getting the s**t SHAKEN out of you rather than hearing any tone. It is also likely to destroy the actual simulator and kill the occupant, so the entire story is suspect... I'm certain the CIA has done extensive research in this branch of science. The military has crowd control devices that make the people feel sick, vomit, etc. I'm not sure if lose of bowel control is also a factor. Like many of the cool new toys we make, they get hushed up pretty quick. |

Even then, they were nuke birds. The 'big belly' mods that allowed carrying large conventional payloads did not come till later. B-29's did play a significant role in Korea though. I talked to Marine Recon guys who were semi close to our Buff strikes in GW1. They never claimed to have shit themselves, but the effects they described were pretty damn impressive. |
