I have a pretty good job. Been there 10 years and have 5 weeks of vacation. About fed up with the BS.

Yeah, it's an easy job. I'm raw though. They took my carrot away. I'm now maxed on vacation time, will never be able to earn a 6th or 7th week. Those with 15 years in will still earn at those levels. My boss is a complete ass. After I submitted my vacation time for the year he told me we can't be off at the same time and he is taking 4 of the 5 weeks I asked for
Oh, and my bonus is 5% not 24% because we missed one goal by 0.06%
