I think the drought here in California is on it's last legs. We've had 2 1/4 inches of rain in the last 24 hours. Season total of 28 1/2". Our average rainfall is 24 1/2". With almost 2 months left in the rainy season, I think we can call this one over.
Local reservoir (Lake Berryessa) has risen substantially in the last 4 months.

Yes, drought conditions are temporarily over until the next dry spell - and then our overpopulation (illegals, 2-4 million) and it's drain on our resources will once again make MCDA (Make California Dry Again).
