Is it customary to tip 3rd party movers that were hired by a future employer. If so how much is fair? This is my first move that isn't happening redneck style.
4 man crew and 6,000 estimated pounds.of stuff.

I asked mine several times and discussed it with him. In the end I gave him lunch and like $50. Let him use our shower too, which was was against the rules from what I understand.
