My son wanted a Chris Kyle hat, but we could get one from his website, so my son found Fallen Hero Bracelets that had them.
I ordered on 9/6 off the website. Payment cleared that same day Website states that it takes 7-14 days to "process" the order After 2 weeks, i emailed him because i never received order confirmation or anything. and his only reply was that it takes 7-14 days. on 11/26 i emailed again and asked: Mr Friedmann. I ordered a hat 2 months ago. Do you know when it will be shipped? Chad Ramsey he responded: Well it does take me 7 to 14 days to process an order and hats have a 3 to 6 week lead time 12/15 me: Mr Friedmann. Again. I ordered this hat in AUGUST! For a birthday present for my son. Now I intend to attempt to give it to him for Christmas. Do you intend to fulfill my order? him: The next batch of hats ships out this week me: Then can you tell me why my order that was placed, and payment cleared on September 7th, has not been shipped yet? You told me it takes 7-14 days, its been 3 1/2 months Mr Friedmann. Roughly 104 days. him: I run a business. I fill every order. I have shipped over 250,000 hats. im not sure why your order would not be "fulfilled." Emailed him this morning and have not heard back from him. At this point, my son is very disappointed. I believe that i will never receive the hat or a refund. Just thought id share my experience with him. TLDR: ordered hat 9/7. never got said hat. |
