Been on hold 25 minutes now....
Waited all day for a "Next Day Order" by 9pm... At 9:03pm I check tracking and it shows "delivered at 8:30pm" Bullshit! Been home all day....no knock. To get through the gate into my complex you need to use the intercom, which rings through to my cell phone. No call. So now the Indian (dot, not feather) Customer Service person on the other end just got back on....said she is Sorry, couldn't get through to the courier, but will keep trying. Sorry. Maybe I'll have my "next day order" by tomorrow...Sorry, or maybe on Monday, Sorry. Or maybe Tuesday...Sorry. So sorry. Yeah, I'm fucking sorry I wasted my time with you fucking fucks. Meh, I feel a little better. |
| My parents just had to deal with Amazon customer service. I guess they went around in circles dealing with people in India and the Philippines? Finally was able to get a transferred to someone in the US. The lady said to always demand to speak to someone in the US first thing. She said they are required to transfer to the US if the customer requests it. They were finally able to get the problem resolved. |
