Jim Beam Double Oak. For $23 on sale it's pretty amazing.

I have to go slow though. My daughter was born 9 days ago and between the hospital and exhaustion I barely had a drop in seven days. I'd always read that you can reset your tolerance by abstaining briefly, but it's absolutely true.

Back to life.

I like Buffalo Trace but find that Gentleman Jack is much more smooth.
To be honest, I really don't like the regular Jack Daniel's or even Jack Daniel's Single Barrel.

Rum. I drink rum. Tonight its Kaniche XO Doublewood. Cheap and tasty on the rocks, a little sweet, very clean no hangover. Got a bottle of Cuban HC7 from a bro in Canada (eh?), and some Zacapa XO, but they are for Christmas.

I was blessed to become a Squire by way of a kind benefactor here, and then made my wife one.  I think I'm going to add that to my sig line tonight.  I'm very grateful to be a part of that, and God knows I love Jack and all the good souls in Lynchburg.

PBR light that was bought for me for helping a friend butcher his buck earlier while staring at the 7.29lb ribeye I just cut up.

Should I invite people over to eat these tomorrow? I almost feel bad thinking about putting these in the freezer.
