I'm trying to call PSA because I ordered a Side charging upper and got some other guys order instead.
And the wait time is 83 Minutes!!!!! WTF?!?! So now I'm gonna waste my time to try to get a hold of someone to fix this problem. My first time ordering from them and this is what happens

Well I got through and talked to some guy named Mark and he said it was a mistake (which I knew) and he would send me and return shipping label through my email.
I then asked him if he had the upper I ordered in stock due to the page on PSA not being there this morning (was last night). and he said he doesn't know and there is no way to check. After that he then said some guys would give me a call if they don't have my upper in. WTF?!?! I ordered it on the 23rd and got it last night (over a week) and now I find out they might not even have it in stock?? Really?
