I'm a watcher. 15 minutes our only machine down. Apparently at 7 pm tonight those 20-30 will be manually fed in. Had to call and put in a "code" to reset it.
Someone else texted me in Florida their machine did the SAME THING. Fishy or not? |

Not a voting machine but we have new ID scanners and it could not read my DL; you can enter info and do a look up and select. The clerk I had could not figure out how to do that I ended up leaning over the screen, looked at it and talked her through how to do that. Come on - how about doing a little training - pathetic! |

Was there a poll watcher? Those ballots hand fed after close.

No problem at my polling place while I was there. Someone was on the phone with another polling place walking them through resetting the I'D scanner based on the conversation I could pick up.
Biggest turn out I have seen at my polling place. Made 2008 look weak. |

The only machine at my polling place is like a scanner of some sort. You fill in the bubbles next to your candidates name on your ballot and then feed it into the machine. IT WAS NOT WORKING!!!! The old fucker sitting next to it said the battery was dead so he had me put it in this slot underneath the machine on top of a pile of ballots.
I told him that that sounded kind of fishy. I have voted at this same place using the same process my entire life and now the machine is fucked up??? Did they not know that the election was today or some shit? I was optimistic before, now I am convinced that the fix is in. |
