Let's face it, no matter what dirt they had, their release plan was absolute clownshoes.  Waiting until the last minute for the really juicy leaks, they thought they were dropping last minute buzzer beating bombshells, but they showed a gross ignorance of media cycles surrounding an election.

The stuff released now and over the last several days...an unwilling media found it way too easy to ignore them with all the election crescendo coverage happening.

The media takes several days to review, double and tripe check, and wait for outside the mainstream sites to force their hand in covering stuff.  So by waiting until the week before to release the serious dirt, they just allowed the media time to sweep it under the rug or cover it after the voting is done and a winner declared.

Smooth move embassy boy.

They've been releasing juicy stuff and felonies since the primaries.  Not their fault that cnn won't air it.

As was said above, should have done it a month earlier.  And when they saw early on that the media was not an honest broker, they should have adjusted their plan and schedule, yet they did not.

The only people hearing about spirit cooking and Chelsea weddings are people who hang out on fringe websites.  They could drop a Podesta e-mail today discussing Hillary's admission of murdering Vince Foster personally and the media wouldn't pick it up until later this week.  They should have understood that dynamic months ago.

They should have realized the media wouldn't cover it UNLESS there was weeks of pressure bubbling up from other smaller media venues.

It's very easy for any new information in the next 24 hours to be swept under the rug and ignored

Basically at this point the election results are set in stone.  Unless if something so big hits with video, audio, and absolute non deniability.... nothing is going to change now.

It's on Fox News.  Other outlets don't typically run things that hurt Hillary.  Don't underestimate the power of the internet.

They can't fix it, but they can adjust their release schedule know for months how the media will treat their releases.

At a minimum they should ave had everything released before early voting started.  Ignore the media shenanigans, why let millions of people hit the polls before you are done dumping?

Valiant effort and the best we had........but the damage has been done in this country for 60 years......Wiki wasn't going to make a big difference in one election cycle.

Part of me agrees. But I also realize people who only kinda sorta care need the "shock value". For those people if it was released a month ago it would wear off quickly, hopefully now it's still fresh in their minds. Then there are the people who care regardless of when it was released, then the people who don't.

I agree with the OP. Not only was the timing stupid, but the timetable as well. 30something batches? Talk about desensitizing . . .

First batch: exciting

Second batch: interesting

30th batch; yeah yeah yeah

It is literally a move out of Hitler's playbook on propaganda. Release so much over such a time that nobody knows what to believe anymore, and discounts all of it, or just stops paying attention.

Dude they were exposed for that a long time ago.  About all Anon is good for is the occasional denial of service attack or small potatoes hack.  If you need someone's web site defaced for 30 minutes in the morning, they are the superheros you call.  Anything else, not so much.

All of this.  By the time you hit the 20s in batches, the media was able to just go "Oh another wikileaks batch."  99/100 voters don't even know how many batches there are, or that they are still going on.

Word of mouth, you can't stop that signal, it goes on and on, without limits.

Did you know, you're an average of 6-7 people away from contacting anyone in the world? ANYONE. A friend of a friend of a cousin's former room mate's father's nephew's uncles's niece kind of connection. From anyone in the world.

But as you imagine, this kind of communication TAKES TIME. Wikileaks really did screw the pooch relasing this information so late.

This has been my belief all along.

Oh sure, I hope for the best (Trump wasn't the best but far, far better than Hillary). but I don't think, short of war, we'll get the world elites to "change their minds" through something so manipulative as voting.

I mean come on guys, you honestly think the world powers will just throw their hands up and say, "wow, the people really want this other guy that's going to short circuit all my plans for world domination, I guess I'm beat".

On the up side, all this info is not going away. During the Clinton regime of the '90s, the MSM had it's jackboots on the throat of the information flow to the general population. Now, social media and the Internet in general are bypassing the MSM's roadblock. It will be continually baying at the Hildabeast like a pack of coon dogs.

The issue is that the information they released was too esoteric for most Americans to care about or even understand. It was like dumping a thousand piece jigsaw puzzle out on a table in front of a bunch of 5 year olds with ADHD.

There was no smoking gun. No clear cut sound byte or easily understood fact. Hillary didn't say the N word on camera. Bill didn't brag about screwing 14 year olds. There is no receipt from Saudi Arabia for the state secrets they bought. No shipping manifest for the Stingers.

Wrong.  They also succeeded in undermining their own importance.  Woodward and Bernstein are household names not because of the reporting they did, but because of the result their reporting caused...resignation of a President.  Had Nixon stayed in the oval office and the scandal blown over, nobody gives a shit about those two.

Same with wikileaks.  They endlessly pumped themselves up as Clinton-beaters, so if their leaks amount to no action taken and she wins the white house, they will forever be looked at as impotent amateurs leaking e-mails standing their with their limp dicks in their hands.  Right up until the time Ecuador coughs him up because of a Hillary backdoor deal.

Wikileaks followed their schedule regadrless of the media's coverage.  What were they going to do, shop around to CBS, NBC, etc?  Most of them were implicated in the Wikileaks emails.  The Internet is where this information was read, digested, and put into usable formats to disseminate amongst the people.  If Wiki had dumped more at once it would have quickly been cast from the news.

What they did with their steady drip was to keep themselves in the news and everyday the ole autists went to work on the new dump.  Could they have started it earlier, sure, but they were doing an "October Surprise" type action and it did work.

People have talked about it, the media has covered some of it, and it affected the election IMO.  We'll see by home much tomorrow night.

Most people aren't going to bother reading the leaks, they are going to hear about it from the 5 minutes of air time that it might get on the news where the gloss over the really damaging stuff
