Have polls always oversampled D's and I's? For the longest time I remember that 40% of America is R, 40% is D, and 20% is I. So I went onto RCP and checked the stats. Most of the +Clinton polls have 37%D, 30%I, and 28%R or some such variant.
Anyone a bit more knowledgeable or is this really oversampling? |
