Does anyone know where 15+ inch sections of weaver/ picatinny rail "stock" (just generic pieces with a flat bottom, not gun model specific) are sold?  Brownells only has 10" sections.

Also, are "Weaver" and "Picatinny" used interchangeably, or is there some distinction?

I've seen some rails with threaded holes through the horizontal base; do some accessories bolt into the rail, in addition to clamping on as scope rings do?  Is this something specific to the Picatinny rail?

To broaden the original question, does anyone have a source for long sections of picatinny rail either?
