My people came forth unto this continent in the year of our lord 1620 to find a new life and worship God as they saw fit. 13 generations later my blood is mixed with English, Irish, French, Norwegian, Lots and lots of Polish, and i believe a little russian (on my maturnal grandmom's side).
My daughter is the fourteenth generation. When do we become "Native"? Bill Murray in "Space Jam", talking about Larry Bird, "Larry is not white, Larry is CLEAR!" |

Since some South American nations (ie: Colombia, Argentina) experienced similar European immigration patterns as did North America, yet are predominately Spanish speaking, I'm not sure if the term "Hispanic" is accurate for many of their citizens.

I'm not allowed to identify with half my ethnicity around here on the grounds that currently, in combination with my arms habit, would get me on a white-sedan-across-the-street FBI watch list and a lot of folks around here break out the pointy white hats and "presto-crosses" whenever I discuss it.
The other half is 100% pure Bavarian darkbread-sausage-and-cheese eating, beer drinking German. Grandma's folks were in Czechloslovakia, Grandpa's folks "liberated" them during the annexation 'back in the day', and the rest is history. |

100% American! I also happen to be a white guy with Welsh and German heritage. I'm sure there's some other mixed in, but those are the 2 major ones. My family has been in this country before it was a country. I'm proud that my ancestors fought for our independence in the American Revolution.
