Signed up with what should have been a promotional deal for Internet and very limited TV. The TV was just a bonus I didn't care much about. The so called "deal" meant I'd have the Internet speed I wanted for $20 less than normal cost. Naturally they didn't sign me up properly.
I should have had Internet and the TV for $58.99/month for 12 months. Bill arrives and they're trying to charge me $28.00 for the BS TV and $67.99 for the Internet that should have been included. Three phone calls later and it's still not fixed. I'm going to have to cancel just to buy the proper package. What a POS company. They can't just make the proper adjustment but have to send "tickets" which clearly don't do shit. Worst of all, the $200+ f'd up bill was due today. I told them I wasn't paying. It's not even midnight on the east coast but they've already neutered my Internet connection so that I could barely post this. Getting between 2 mb/s and 10 mb/s on a 50 mb/s line I'm paying for. |
