1 ½ ounces White rum
1 ½ ounces Coconut cream
2 oz Coconut water

You mix it all and serve with ice to taste (looks nicer if you pour it inside a coconut).

Back in the '70s Gillette produced several scented versions of its Foamy shaving cream.  I bought a can of the coconut variety.



Having not much beard at the time, it took me about six months to go through the can.  I couldn't stomach anything with coconut in it for several years.



I'm OK with it now.

When I was in Rome years ago there were street vendors who sold chunks of fresh, ice cold coconut from these little water fountain things.

It was delicious and refreshing.
