Heres the question for those of you who know of the DR/Insurance issues....especailly any Doctors:

If they cap the malpractice pain and suffering damages....will our health care costs go down since it will be costing the Doctors less???

No, like everything else once you increase price it never goes back down.  Same thing with taxes.
Look at gas prices, war's over, excuse is gone, 'round here it's still $1.5/ gallon for 87.
