At one time I learned crying on the guitar and vocals. And got half way decent at it. I need to pick that up again. I would also like to be able to perform dream baby.. that's a goal.

I saw that when it aired originally, on cinemax, IIRC.

it was very good.

Cinemax did several music-themed tribute shows like that; Les Paul had one that rocked with a lot of  the guitar greats.

Orbison inspired a whole generation of songwriters.  Bruce Springsteen mentions him in Thunder Road; "Roy Orbison singing for the lonely, hey, it's me and I want you only".
