Just found out my prescription insurance is changing effective Jan. 1 2017. Is OptimaRx any good? What am I in for?

I have OptumRX. Haven't had any problems, but I don't use the benefit that much.

Glad to hear it. I have CVS Carmark now and have had problems getting scripts filled at the end of the year.

Ditto. My Rx show up like clockwork, auto pay and I never have to lift a finger.

My doctors have had to fight them on a couple of high $$ meds. ($5k course of antibiotics and one of my meds that runs $2400/mo). Ive always won.

The phone calls will drive you nuts, 4 or 5 per refill. We quit using them over a year ago because of that and they are still bugging us. They don't have a good background, but a lot of companies were something else before.

I've been using them for about two years. No problems and my cost were cut by nearly 50% from the local Walgreens.
Never had to call for a refill. Just click on the medine and they handle it all.
