I am 36 and I love the "One Source" generic brand at Wal-Mart!
They are generic equals to the "Mega-Man" vitamins at GNC!

I take One-A-Day for Men.  It's okay, but I'm thinking about changing to either the Costco Multi pack, MegaMan (or the Wal-Mart copy).

99.9% of the multi's in a store are GARBAGE. You are better off spending the money on something like the SOLGAR brand multi-vitamins. Do an online search or hit a local healthfood store.

Are you thinking of SOLGAR?  They are pretty good.  Pretty much the same company who makes Centrum.

I also recomend Liquid Centrum.

Another vote for Centrum.  

My 14 year old son's pediatrician reccommended he take it at his last physical in September of last year and he has grown 4 inches since then!
